Can I change the names in my booking?

A fee of €350 per name change will be charged to cover expenses resulting from this name change.
Can I resell my package?

You are not allowed to resell your package. You can request a paid name change before 30th of April 2025. A fee of €350 per name change will be charged to cover expenses resulting from this name change.
What are your Official Travel Packages?

Our Official Travel Packages are the Official Travel Partner of Tomorrowland travel packages. These are the easiest way to travel to Tomorrowland. Official Travel Packages offers you an all-in experience, covering your trip from the moment you land in Brussels until the moment you take off.
Can I purchase a package for 3 persons in the same type of accommodation?

You can choose EITHER 3 single rooms OR 1 double room and 1 single room.
Is a Tomorrowland Ticket included in an Official Travel Package?

Yes, a Tomorrowland Full Madness Pass (3 day access) or Full Madness Comfort Pass (3 day comfort access) is always included in an Official Travel Package.
Do I need to personalize my Tomorrowland Ticket?

Yes, you will need to personalize your Tomorrowland Ticket once you receive your Tomorrowland Bracelet at Aloft hotel upon your arrival.
When will I receive my Tomorrowland Bracelet?

For additional security, you will receive your Tomorrowland Bracelet once you arrive at Aloft hotel in Brussels. A representative of U Travel will be there to welcome you.
What are the different types of rooms in the hotels?

You can choose between a Single room or a Double room. U Travel can’t guarantee the type of room. You might end up in a room with two single beds or with one double bed. The hotel's reception desk will do their best to accommodate your request.
How many tickets can I purchase per order?

You can buy up to 10 tickets (= 10 persons) per online order. For bigger orders you can contact us on reservations@utravelair.com
Where do I find my order ID?

Your order ID can be found in the booking confirmation email.
Where can I find an overview of my Official Travel Package booking?

After purchasing an Official Travel Package the Main Buyer will receive a confirmation email. Please check your spam folder or junk mail.
Can I cancel my Official Travel Packages?

No, once booked the packages are non-refundable. You can request a paid name change before 30th of April 2025. A fee of €350 per name change will be charged to cover expenses resulting from this name change.
